However, nowhere on that image does it state that this is for "company employee eyes only". Posting that picture on here is really no different than putting up a photo of a calendar or a RM van on its side on a country lane.
Almost everything printed out on paper by the company for operations use has 'RMG Internal - Confidential' at the bottom. In the absence of that, reasonably someone could take it away to duplicate outside of their office to avoid charges of unauthorised photography.

As to its authenticity - pick your favourite conspiracy theory: A) someone's mocked up a fake poster to put the company in a bad light, or B) the company has deliberately not marked it as confidential to make it look like someone has mocked it up.
The machine stops.

The original post on Facebook has been deleted, it's from the BT82 office in NI, it was put (so he says) on his frame this week.
It's an individual office memo, not RMG internal.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Why is lapsing more important to clear than your own round?

I can only assume lapsing is going to be parcels from another round and no mail.

If you're only expected to clear half the mail on your own round, that will soon pile up just like we have been seeing over the past week.

Funnily enough, it's basically what we've been told. However, it's for 'health and safety' reasons. Anyway, the rhetoric is spot on, RM don't care about the letters or D2D's. Happy to take the money for it though aren't they. :thumbup

I sincerely hope that the management team from that office have also been sent home to "reflect."
