Clearly the Acas stuff this week hasn’t helped, bet RM are just saying all the same stuff just via a middle man. Honestly don’t see how Acas solves this. Guess we are going all the way in the run up to Christmas come what may. I think Royal Mail will win anyway but we might aswell go down fighting. And a sadistic side of me is going to enjoy watching the whole place fall to s**t with these rolling strikes starting next week. Won’t pay my mortgage or feed my kids but it will be a laugh all the same.

Exactly if we go down nothing will give me as much pleasure as seeing royal mail collapse,im so looking forward to all those managers squirming looking for new jobs.

What? and all your workmates too? You really would take satisfaction at 140000 people out of a job overnight?

They won't be out of work. Alternative low paid jobs with unbearable terms and conditions are easy to come by.

We currently have a job hardly worth having.

If Thompson wins, and the CWU loses, we will end up having a job only the truly cursed will be lumbered with.

If that moron somehow manages to win, my time with this accursed company will be at an end.

I am broken both in body and spirit working for this company today, just getting through each painful day with gritted teeth.

If this lousy job gets even worse, I won't be able to continue.
And, quite frankly, I kinda hope the moron gets his way.

If ST get his way you do wonder who'll want to do this job in the future as all our younger posties all seem to be leaving and the older ones are struggle to do the job. Our DO survives at present with staff working their days/weeks off if that's now stopped then we'll completely capsize.
