6.6% is the very least we deserve as a workforce if RM want the changes they want probably 20% would be in order!

It's set % rates within earnings ranges, so basically yes it's like income tax you pay. Also are we paying less NI as I never heard anything about any changes to the tax code?
I know I should but I never really checkout my tax&NI deductions but how much less are we paying weekly?
£4-£5 less perhaps?

Sorry for all the questions mate but is NI a set rate or does your contribution increase with the amount of weekly overtime you do like tax?
I would imagine you're paying 13.25% like most of us.
