The officers as they're known are employees of the CWU. That's the likes of Martin and Dave. The bag avoiders would all have to get back to work. So the bag avoiders made sure the parliament of the CWU gave them avoidance for life. At least Martin and Dave were brave enough to put themselves in a position where they could end up out of work.
