We attempt to do 1 walk a day between us but even that is not achievable most days especially when they insist on us doing the fackin 40min lapse they decided to lump on us where other duties were given 10min lapse.

It comes back when times up though so silent quitting mode is in operation

Ours was on then off then some was on, the rest we were told in 2 weeks. Complaints all over the local spotted facebook page moaning about no post for over a week some are saying upto 2 weeks, then 20 letters arrive at once. I was off a week on annual leave and duty didn't get done apart from parcels and tracked which of course we all know don't get priority!!! Come back to work to an utter sh*t show

Heard today all revisions to go live next week ,ours is has anyone else been told,that went well then.

I heard we was getting an inflation busting pay deal and look how that turned out.

Devon's(?) revisions are going live next week according to a post on FB RM chat, the CWU are suggesting it's breach of contract due to the short notice but not sure what good that will achieve as I doubt an OPG is going to now quit and then sue the RM for breaching their contract.

Revision costing 15 duties in 3 weeks ago, now theyre on about doing another one - costing 5 duties, still vastly unachievable.One duty 600 /900 with loads of pkts so we are struggling to clear just the one. No uso and they dont care.

Same in our area,there is and was only ever one way of stopping this lot and it was striking and lots of it,im afraid the dispute is slipping away from us if it hasn't already gone ,are failure to hit them hard at the beginning is now costing us dearly.

You are half right. There are yorks that are sorted directly to the DO's that pass through the mail centre.

Never happened, nothing gets cross docked, we still have to scan it all. Even the thing where you scan the york/sleeve to cover everything in the york/container thing never worked out, we now have to scan the contents
