I would also bet on an agreement being reached early next week.

Just look at the share price bounce. People on the inside know! By next Friday the share price will be near 300. That’s a 50% profit for those in the know.

I wouldn’t read too much into the share price going up as most shares have risen due to better than expected inflation figures in America.

It could be to do with the Czech tycoon who has been building a stake and who has been given a green light to increase it up to 30% at which point he will have to make a full takeover bid.

If VESA had been buying more shares there would have been a RNS to indicate that, and so far that hasn't appeared.

From a very low point to be fair...
They have outperformed the FTSE this month but they've underperformed the market for the previous six months so it's not that surprising especially given the fact that the group as a whole is in profit even if we are not.
