If that happened i would think that they would have to pay you off if you didn't want a new contract.
I'll take that as long as its a decent one,38 weeks pay would do me.

All they need to do is change the job title and invite people to apply for their renamed jobs. Take it or leave it.
So what happens if 115000 decide to grow a pair and not sign?
They poach Hermes/yodel.DPD dtaff that are on worse money and terms than rm will be offering.
Can't see any of them walking in the pissing down rain for 5hrs with the same conditions they already got and the extra 50p an hour wouldn't tempt them either,it will be like all walking posties will be trying to get a job with them in a nice warm van.

Well this is the legal minimum they have to offer without going insolvent which would mean no directorships no CEO/CFO or Chairman positions for at least two years. So this is the legal minimum of statutory redundancy pay it varies by age and how long you worked for here: https://www.gov.uk/redundancy-your-righ ... ndancy-pay Now even this is a long shot for the firm most will leave in a week of two and they would find themselfs with NO workforce ok SIMON get your bag on your back and earn it!
