First thing is get the people involved in making this crap idea is to make them work in delivery office DOING a delivery for four weeks then see if it works.

Four weeks isn't enough because they'd see an end in sight. Their exhaustion will not be permanent.

Good point Mr Russ the point I am trying to make is that it's not going to work. But any longer they would leave Royal mail.
