Yeah of course, RM always do as they say they will.
Not looking for an argument, just saying if I was leaving before 29th I'd be hanging on until that date.

40 per cent thats nasty, everyone clearing maybe a grand after tax, but if u leave early u might only clear 500,

The simplest thing to do is stop on until 29th September and get your money then leave if that's your intention and not a day before.

I'm guessing that as they wouldn't be a current employee then rm wouldn't have their applicable tax code so revert to emergency, maybe like if you start a new job but haven't provided your P60.
