All rounds will be achievable if we allow “commit to deliver” to come in, so be very careful what you vote for

Re: Delivery routes not being covered.
Whole deliveries, half deliveries, not going out on a daily basis in my office.
Too few full-timers, too many part-timers, that's what's killing us.

About 50% don’t go out every day and around 20% don’t get touched for a week at a time. Sometimes over a week. There is no rest day or holiday cover. And as for the enforced revisions? They didn’t get past day one. There’s no one available to prep the frames.

We are a few weeks before going live with our revision and word is that we are going to have to lose more rounds from the office. The first revision is already going to be unachievable so I literally have no idea where those hours are going to come from.SpacePhoenix wrote: ↑12 Apr 2023, 20:01How long will it be before higher up order the COM to re-implement the revisions?arsenalbob wrote: ↑12 Apr 2023, 16:57And as for the enforced revisions? We have gone live and i've never seen so many large parcels left all week, its ironic they want to be a parcels business but we are delivering the mail and leaving tracked parcels,by the time they realise its one big mess they won't have any contracts left.LouBarlow wrote: ↑13 Apr 2023, 05:22We are a few weeks before going live with our revision and word is that we are going to have to lose more rounds from the office. Well, it is damned obvious the USO is be failed on a massive scale right across RM.
If Ofcom are not aware of this Why?
If Ofcom are aware What are they doing about it?

Our office is the opposite! Not a tracked/standard Parcel to be seen! Tons and tons of mail though everywhere just left, total disgrace bits only go out when a customer complains.guardianangel wrote: ↑13 Apr 2023, 05:50We have gone live and i've never seen so many large parcels left all week, its ironic they want to be a parcels business but we are delivering the mail and leaving tracked parcels,by the time they realise its one big mess they won't have any contracts left.LouBarlow wrote: ↑13 Apr 2023, 05:22We are a few weeks before going live with our revision and word is that we are going to have to lose more rounds from the office. You need to report those bosses making those decisions, its illegal to do that at this present time under the USO,why do you think Thompson has gone all quiet.sixfoottwo wrote: ↑15 Apr 2023, 06:42Our office is the opposite! Re: Delivery routes not being covered.
In my office, we don't inform the manager if we are cutting off. We used to but it got so bad, now we just bring it back fill out a form stating how much we have bought back and put it back in the frame.LouBarlow wrote: ↑10 Apr 2023, 19:42What is the process for cutting off in your office? Our revision is due to go live soon, and it would be interesting to get some clarification. We’ve had people conduct coded (one dismissed) for bringing back mail this way. In the past, we always would inform beforehand if we couldn’t complete and only take enough out to fill our time. Is it national policy to bring mail back now instead?

Re: Delivery routes not being covered.
Tell your customers to report it to ofcom its easily done online, ive got all my family and friends to spread the word, wouldn't hurt to email their MP too and tell them Royal Mail are carrying out anti-competitive activity and abusing their dominant position ,if your company has more than 40 % of market share and Royal Mail has 52% they are committing an illegal act ,we must get this out to all the public and your MP's its criminal that they are still favouring one company over another ,might be worth contacting the letter companies of the one's left behind ,it just isn't fair.sixfoottwo wrote: ↑15 Apr 2023, 14:42Manager doesn't care, he again said prioritise Tracked today I said can I have that in writing and he said I'm telling you to prioritise the Tracked, customers I spoke to today havent had mail for days utter disgrace.guardianangel wrote: ↑15 Apr 2023, 08:16You need to report those bosses making those decisions, its illegal to do that at this present time under the USO,why do you think Thompson has gone all quiet.sixfoottwo wrote: ↑15 Apr 2023, 06:42Our office is the opposite!
