I'm sure Simon Thompson has the same about us.
Oh
Left the office at 11.00 this morning, back at 2.20. 3 hours and 20 minutes attempting to deliver 2 and 2/3 walks, which all had 2 days worth of letters on them. Needless to say, it’ll take ages to throw them back in tomorrow. We probably delivered 1 walk between us today.norris9 wrote: ↑30 Mar 2023, 18:20Obviously it means a hell of a lot more prep time = less walking and then bringing stuff back and having to put it back in the frame the next morning = less walking.
Maybe it's a blessing. Based on the fact we're currently leaving the office at 10am.... larger frames will probably make it 10.30am.![]()
LESS OUTDOOR TIME = LESS WALKING!!!!!![]()

Why would you take all that out if you know you’re not going to get it delivered, I assume you were made to? Best to just take out what u know u can get done plus a little extra in case you got your timings wrong.pinstripe wrote: ↑30 Mar 2023, 19:45Left the office at 11.00 this morning, back at 2.20. 3 hours and 20 minutes attempting to deliver 2 and 2/3 walks, which all had 2 days worth of letters on them. Our revision is going well
These revisions are for the year ending April '23.They are already talking about further revisions in the new financial year!richj2009 wrote: ↑30 Mar 2023, 18:03The managers know it won't work. In the most part they are with us on this. If your already going over on the whole as a unit then it stands to reason you'll go even more over or fail mail. That is the whole point. Unfortunately for us the board want us to fail. They want to be able to go to government and say we can't sustain this and reduce the uso. Its a deliberate sabotage.
I heard we was getting an inflation busting pay deal and look how that turned out.guardianangel wrote: ↑30 Mar 2023, 17:36Heard today all revisions to go live next week ,ours is has anyone else been told, that went well then.

That's how it's going. They think that you will crack at least one day and clear it all rather than bring it back.
Crazy to think we work for the same company. We are told to leave it in and only take out what we can deliver. Something about managing mail in frames.enskied wrote: ↑30 Mar 2023, 20:56The instruction is to take it all out.Clappedoutpostie wrote: ↑30 Mar 2023, 20:02Why would you take all that out if you know you’re not going to get it delivered, I assume you were made to?
