Does anyone else just not care anymore? The job’s gone to s**t, do what you want with it. I’ll continue the good fight for those who suffer in this job going forward, but I don’t care at all about the company or where it’s going. Venture capitalists are extracting every last penny from the company before they sail off into the sunset. In their wake, they’ll leave ruin. I feel sorry for anyone taking a job here now.

Totally agree, I used to be proud of the job we did, now I hope those lousey shareholders lose the bloody lot, only one person to blame when the shares hit zero and it won't be us. They are the only people that can save this company and protect their investment.

And that starts with the end of the CEO as he cannot negotiate he has lost business not through the strikes but other things, Like Mail Mark and the shambolic treatment of the letters side of the business.Surreypostie wrote: ↑03 Nov 2022, 21:18Totally agree, I used to be proud of the job we did, now I hope those lousey shareholders lose the bloody lot, only one person to blame when the shares hit zero and it won't be us. He is a piss poor communicator and a poor leader more of a dictator that cannot agree change but only impose it this in itself is a sign of narcissism of perpetual grandeur of one's image.
As a business man his spend it all approach till we go bust is not what most investors want they want steady returns and dividends not boom and bust this is a characteristic of a person who is a narcissist.
Well it is up to the share holders who runs this business or ruins it or is sent packing like a failed football manager at the bottom of the table before XMAS!

Very much doubt that. People will snap their hands off.fallenworld2022 wrote: ↑03 Nov 2022, 18:41theres a recession coming, unemployment to go up rapidly, jobs be scarce, so 9 months redundancy aint enough, its a big come down from 24 months, if royal mail don't put it to at least 12 months then they will struggle to get people going voluntary

it should be 2 years if they can pay managers on a higher salary this, 18 months redundancy would be a fair comproise hopefully union can fight for better redundancies terms for the workforce than 9 months, who said revisions in february, i thought it was autumn next year by that time redundancies would have kicked in, how can they do a revision with people not been made redudant in place yet
