Re: Sunday Working Question
I've put this in a few threads now but there is absolutely no way I'll be working Sundays. Going by my office alone I don't think there'll have a problem with volunteers if they staff it that way.

Re: Sunday Working Question
If you're saying that is unfair, what about the whole seniority system for picking walks? Newcomers get screwed then aswell.heraldmoth wrote: ↑03 Oct 2022, 19:56So screw the new comers? who get sh!te t&cs anywayscotboyblue wrote: ↑03 Oct 2022, 19:00Its bad enough we only get one in 6 Saturdays to spend with family, to make us work a Sunday as well is a complete farce.
Should still be voluntary or written into new contracts for any newcomers.

Re: Sunday Working Question
Would you rather the manager gave the duties to his mates? At least this is transparent with no favouritism. We’ve all been at the bottom.
Slider tool. Lol.

Re: Sunday Working Question
I'm not against the seniority way of doing it. Simply pointing out to the op that newcomers usually have to put up with these things.
