It is a piss take, I make a play on their timings, kinda started with this numpty-which is 100% real...
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: RMCtv : Trainee 'Whose side am I on?' managers
Trainee Manager of 123 years
Just want to ask has anyone else been deducted Christmas supplement due to being subbed as management during the Christmas period ? This is the reason HR gave me for why I have been deducted money this week as well as last week. Is anyone else had this ?
Trainee Manager of 23 years
I had it a few years ago, i was told that because i was claiming Managers subs that I was not entitled to any Christmas supplement as not working as OPG.
Trainee Manager of 50 years
I’ve now been told if we are managers during Christmas we don’t get it and we get something in June with the other managers but only as long as we cover a lot of the year do we get a percentage
Yet our subs got reduced because the opg rate went up. To me doesn’t make sense…. It’s loose loose
Trainee Manager of 60 years
Yes I have for this and last week too
Trainee Manager of strike breaking year
I was getting the subs as an IA uplift I only covered MGMT two days in the qualifying range. But as far as HR are concerned I was MGMT the whole four weeks. Basically it’s a kick in the teeth for all I do and have done for this company.

Re: RMCtv : Trainee 'Whose side am I on?' managers
They advertised for a trainee manager at our place and it actually said on the ad that there was no chance of being made up to manager. Perpetual trainee.
Was gobsmacked that anyone would apply to be a trainee forever. But they did

What exactly are they 'in training' for then?
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next
