Have got to agree with Woody.

Absolutely all of the work this idiot is putting in to convince the work force that this is a good deal(NOT) has been flushed down toilet in 1 paragraph.
Union Reps, including myself have great delight in telling my members our CEO gets 3.6% and a £140k bonus but us minions get 2%!
It’s like finding gold in your back garden😂

This walking pustulent buboe truly does not give a s**t what goes on at the average worker's level. He was appointed by c***s to be a c*** to enrich other c***s. If that means we suffer then all the better, maybe we will learn to be more compliant.

It’s all deliberate. They have an agenda. This is an indirect P&O. It’s straight from the modern Tory prick CEO handbook. Ask yourself why hed get this bonus.
In short :
They want us to ballot for IA, they want the share price to tank, they want us leaving. The more gone the cheaper the changes.
The strike will get squashed in court and by government. They’ll then impose all of the changes anyway after we’re made out to be unwilling to compromise. It’s the greedy posties again. We’ll have no choice and Royal Mail is seen as reinventing itself and evolving for the future.
Share price goes up.

There’s no money to be made negotiating and being decent and That’s all they care about.

Makes me sick.

It's not like he's going to be affected by the cost of living crisis even if he had a 0% pay rise and no bonus.

I might have to take up sex work on the side to make ends meet.
Best thing i ever did. I jerk off guys in the train station shitter.
I'm my own boss, work the hours I want, wash my hands in the toilet afterwards. Job done. I have got forearms like Popeye's now but that's just an occupational hazard.
At least I feel cleaner and sleep more soundly than I did working under the shower of c***s that are RM management.
Dying here 😂😂😂

To hell with him - he is a scumbag parasite who leeches off the workforce...like the rest of his 'team'
Parasites like him do not rest until they have sucked every last drop of life from us then move on to the next job.

it will get squashed in court if they do as they normally do and drop a right bollock during the ballot campaign. maybe terry and co should get some tips from the RMT union. they always seem to get their ballots successfully through the courts.

Yes he did not do a good job in test and trace during the COVID-19 pandemic in fact the whole government did not do a good job partying and shaging while we were delivering during the pandemic putting our lives at risk while others party and others failed to prevent the preventable!

Posties: Your CEO gets a 3.6% pay rise and a £140,000 short term bonus, but you only deserve a 2% pay rise and no bonus.

Tesco employees get a 6% pay rise.

Sainsbury's said it had recently increased its basic hourly rate by 5.3% in recognition of the "extraordinary work" of its staff.

More than 14,000 staff at Rolls Royce will be given a £2,000 one-off payment to help with the rising cost of living in the UK. 11,000 unionised members will also be offered a 4% increase in pay, back-dated to March.

More than 64,000 staff at Lloyds Bank are to receive a £1,000 one-off payment to help with the rising cost of living in the UK. As well as a minimum pay increase of 3.6% for all staff.

National minimum wage up 6.6%.

......again, you Posties get a 2% pay rise. (Forget the extra 1.5% for that ridiculous list of strings they want to attach, it's not even worth mentioning)

Absolutely mindblowing how someone gets two bonuses totalling more than their salary...

Before we even consider the OPG 2% executive action.

No wonder he has a smug look on his face.:speak to the hand

If the numbers flying round are true, the CEO earns more than I do for a week in just one hour if he worked a 37 hour week
