Re split service
I'm on my second stint and enquired if both lots count.
The answer suggested it was aggregate time so both stints are eligible, provided they are on a Royal Mail contract and not agency.
Hope this is of help.
Thank you, although it probably means less chance of getting it now as it’s gone from 12 weeks to 39!!!

I've asked via the app, is this all we do at this point ?

I've been there 11 years and its 33 weeks and about £5.5k of the 6K

its not really good value for anyone who's got more service than me, but I feel this is as good as I'll get and a good time to get out

I dont think for a minute I'll get it but I certainly won't if I dont apply

I love the job but just know I'll step on the crack in a pavement soon and be sacked for it

It's just a preference exercise at the moment, so they're just looking for people who are interested in VR.

I assume if they want to offer it, they'll be in touch in due course.

I have 14 years service and ive been fulltime for about 9 years but started as a part timer for maybe first 5 years so would this impact my redundancy offer im guessing it will be less than than i thought as some of my service was part time .any idea please?

It's based on your current pay rate.

Just what the manager told me. But we all know what they're capable of. Big up the lies

It might have been that 60k checked to see what they would get but have no intention in going.

Who gives a s**t, I'd go if they offer me the statuatory redundancy. I'll go tomorrow with absolutely zero hesitation.

It's still part of the deal on the app. You lot want to stop listening to rumours. The union don't want us accepting it as it isn't as good as MTSF. I don't care, I just want to leave.

That would reduce the uptake by more than 70% at least in my opinion.
It makes up at least a quarter of the offer.

Although would sum the greed of the company up fairly well.
