My manager has said I can stay on the hours I am currently on because I am covered by the 2010 equality act.good to know management can make the correct judgement even during these testing times.never worked anywhere before with such good compassionate and empathetic management

Please explain what you mean by a 'failing business' - how you define it. There's a time element in that phrase (present continuous tense) as well as the definition of 'fail' as related to a business.
