You have to accept a majority vote, no matter which way it goes. Selfish people like you shouldn't be in a Union, good riddance. :wave :wave :wave

So people who don't want to continue paying for their membership are " selfish " - REALLY ?? . Political party members leaving due to not agreeing with their parties political manifesto are selfish too ?? You can begrudgingly accept the democratic decision , but people certainly don't have to pay for it .You are an absolute numpty . I will be leaving also . Extra 1% pay rise gives me a small amount of comfort.

Numpty? You're not even a Postman/Woman. You're only interest is to sway the vote, and it'll be a majority Yes vote anyway.

Voted yes to keep my job, accept the generous pay offer negotiated by my union the CWU, and the big fat lump sum to keep the wolves from the door. :cuppa

Thought it through thoroughly, hopefully workers with young family commitments, get some help from both sides, and the sick pay ,will it be instated if we keep it below 5.5%, we will see, start and Finnish times , last letter 4.30, in towns and cities, maybe slightly less,I'm afraid rural may bare the brunt of the late Finnish times. VOTED YES
