well said and me totoonshola wrote: ↑14 Jun 2023, 16:05I’m past caring. When the update eventually comes it will be some bland joint statement where Royal Mail will promise to commit to the uso and sort revisions out that are failing. The statement will then be put in the bin by Grant McPherson and his team about 30 mins after its release and it will be business as normal. The union will then pull each other off on a Facebook live about the grand job they have done, Martin Walsh will do likewise on this forum. They can all just f*ck off. Give me my ballot,
I’ll then vote no then I can finally end my CWU membership. Sick to the back teeth of the lot of them.

Re: Weekly update
Let's face it, the company is still running the same, failing the USO, bringing in agency staff as recruitment is failing because of the inferior contracts.
They are not going to change even though the union want them to. The longer this goes on the more disgruntled the members are going to be. Every other business up and down the country have had either a pay rise with no change to there T&C's and it's like groundhog day with both parties, what a joke.

I'll be staying in untill I get my vote ,if it's a yes then I'm out .
if it's a no then I'll fight on with the rest of my colleagues but I would like the idiots that agreed this deal step down and fresh negotiators put in place ,as this lot can't be trusted anymore .
Stop hiding cwu and get our vote out now .
Still voting no
