How can we be expected to reach QoS targets when they have created a climate of fear and encouraged as many of those on the fringes to go and find greener pasture and leave. We've lost lots at our depot in the last few months. I expect they were relying on that USO reduction with Saturday exempt from letter delivery. That's blown up in their faces following the rejection. Treat the staff better you are going to need them to deliver the USO.

The CWU are an absolute disgrace. They keep harping on about the quality of service without any regard to the quality of life for their members.
They are so out of touch it is infuriating. They should all resign immediately.
