That's a nice little soundbite but....
What are you going to do to fight it?
Apart from putting a cross in a different box obviously.
Who's going to lead this fight?
Who is going to organise it?
What are your aims?
How will you achieve them?
What will you accept as a 'win'?
And the most important question in any fight.
What are you prepared to lose?
Yes it is definitely sensible to vote for the option that means no pay-rise, no lump sum, and the changes you are voting against, happening anyway, and then potentially more so.

The only sensible option folks.
more doom and gloom scaremongering by Mr negative = Lou barlow
If they came back with a reasonable sick policy and decent back pay they might be able to talk me round. Would help if we could see the start times too.

Well that's not a given is it Lou.?
Vote yes, I see more stripping of of terms and conditions coming at record pace. We have already lost 6 months of this agreement.
More imposed changes on the way after Christmas
Vote either way and there will be more stripping of terms and conditions.
It's arguable which way will drive them down faster but I believe on the evidence of past behaviour a no vote would win that race easily.
So the destruction of terms and conditions is not an argument to vote no.
As I've said before the only "sensible" reason to vote no is if you genuinely believe it will improve our situation and you're willing to pay the price if it makes things worse.
There are other reasons to vote no but they are all emotional and definitely not sensible.

What past evidence?
The past evidence I have experienced is that management have failed to adhere to any agreement ever made and within weeks.
What happened the last time we voted NO to a negotiated agreement ?
We’ll said drake,at the end of the day people need a job,yes delivery’s are big but you have a start time/finish time
You will not have a finish time though
You will be flexing and lapsing with no otime payment just less hours in the summer
Read the agreement not the £ signs

I remember pretty much saying what you said last year in here & got called a manager for keeping it real.
End of the day the job is doomed long run. Anyone thinking it can be saved is deluded. The process of it getting worse can be slowed down but the writing is on the wall.
2 sensible options are, stay & accept it's going to get worse or leave to find something better.
The 3rd idiotic option is to stay & complain like alot on here are doing
