The reasoning is understood for delaying the vote. The hope they still carry is another issue entirely. After 18 months of this nonsense they still hang on to the hope that this parasitic board of monsters give a toss or care about anything other than money or themselves. It's clearly become a tactic to buy themselves time I no longer think the dispute with Royal Mail is relevant.

Meetings have taken place locally and the go ahead has been given to put a certain amount of hours back into office to try to stop the constant uso failures.scoobydo79 wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 17:33Ooh Please can You tell us more?chickenwittle wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 15:27Duties going back in at my office we were told today, so there is movement at last .

I doubt it......max is £19,290 and that requires at least 20 years service for statutory redundancy.Poppyellie69 wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 17:28Bring on the compulsory redundancy most people would get more than the pathetic deal the union agreed to!!

No I won’t be specific with hours but got roughly 50% back of what was taken, not ideal but will definitely help.enskied wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 18:30So rip out 200 hrs and put back 25.chickenwittle wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 17:37Meetings have taken place locally and the go ahead has been given to put a certain amount of hours back into office to try to stop the constant uso failures.scoobydo79 wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 17:33Ooh Please can You tell us more?chickenwittle wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 15:27Duties going back in at my office we were told today, so there is movement at last .

I was soft. Now it's time to wake up..it doesn't matter how big duties are. Don't do it bring it back repeat. Its not a problem are we just a bunch of weaklings. Get a grip do your job to the best of your ability and bring it back. For God's sake don't be stressed about it. Just refuse to work over. Come on people!! I went to school, as I'm sure we all did, and was bullied so twatted him. This is the same. Grow a pair everyone.

Will they actually go back before any vote? I wouldn't trust RM to not put them in once a vote has taken placechickenwittle wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 15:27Duties going back in at my office we were told today, so there is movement at last .

and a few months down the line I wouldn't put it past them to rip them hours back out againchickenwittle wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 18:37No I won’t be specific with hours but got roughly 50% back of what was taken, not ideal but will definitely help.enskied wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 18:30So rip out 200 hrs and put back 25.chickenwittle wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 17:37Meetings have taken place locally and the go ahead has been given to put a certain amount of hours back into office to try to stop the constant uso failures.scoobydo79 wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 17:33Ooh Please can You tell us more?chickenwittle wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 15:27Duties going back in at my office we were told today, so there is movement at last .

Well, I honestly hope that's true Chicken. Yet I doubt the optimism .chickenwittle wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 18:37No I won’t be specific with hours but got roughly 50% back of what was taken, not ideal but will definitely help.enskied wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 18:30So rip out 200 hrs and put back 25.chickenwittle wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 17:37Meetings have taken place locally and the go ahead has been given to put a certain amount of hours back into office to try to stop the constant uso failures.scoobydo79 wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 17:33Ooh Please can You tell us more?chickenwittle wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 15:27Duties going back in at my office we were told today, so there is movement at last .
We haven't completed for years. Last summary was we needed three new full time duties added, area manager agreed. We got one PT 25hr guy. Area manager said " and I want value for that."
We're still tits up. Over 15 years since we had anyone made ft.

For sure this is going to be an ongoing issue, you just know that hours going back in will lead to the runners making time and then it starts again.SpacePhoenix wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 19:31and a few months down the line I wouldn't put it past them to rip them hours back out againchickenwittle wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 18:37No I won’t be specific with hours but got roughly 50% back of what was taken, not ideal but will definitely help.enskied wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 18:30So rip out 200 hrs and put back 25.chickenwittle wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 17:37Meetings have taken place locally and the go ahead has been given to put a certain amount of hours back into office to try to stop the constant uso failures.scoobydo79 wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 17:33Ooh Please can You tell us more?chickenwittle wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 15:27Duties going back in at my office we were told today, so there is movement at last .
