Ward out. Bielsa in.
Too late clash. Think Bielsa is on the brink of taking the Uruguay job?
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

This is relegation. If they had any balls and any shame, they would all admit they are not up to it and stand down.
I never believed we would win the title and that we would be playing Champion's league next year.
Those that did now appear to be very bitter.
However I think we have avoided relegation on goal difference and that for me is good enough.

When does the new season start?
Ward out. Bielsa in.
I didn’t think we’d end up like Southampton.

I am on the PE. The vote was unanimous.

I have been in Royal Mail for 38 years , I have led and organised both official action. I have been suspended and have been threatened for taking unofficial action. Including a claim against my house in 2003.

I can’t say why all the over PE members voted yes but have there reasons are very similar to mine, however mine are :

1. I have seen Royal Mail true financial position, presented by Mick Jeavons. All the arguments about last years dividends or the bonuses they paid don’t change the serious position that they are in.

2. Further strikes won’t change there business plan but might tip the company into administration.

3. No government appointed administrator will be interested in more pay , later starts , annualised hours , sick pay etc. Their only concern will be to reduce costs.

4. Royal Mail coming of planes is going to happen with or without an agreement. The only question is do you want that with an agreement to minimise later starts or do you want up to 3 hours.

5. Royal Mail are saying sick pay costs are now over 300 million and they are going to reduce sick pay costs by executive action or did we modify their proposals ?

6. Rejecting the agreement is your choice. However Royal Mail are legally bound to impose sufficient change by executive action to avoid administration so no agreement does not mean change.

7. We have reduced Royal Mails proposals on every issue. However no agreement will still mean to avoid administration that Royal Mail has to impose a business plan.

8. Finally those who are calling for rejection, are you willing to if administration actually happens to go and explain why that member is being made redundant or that Royal Mail has no access to pay your weekly wage ?

This is an agreement which has stopped Royal Mail in so many ways but has things in it which we would not like or want. However every bit of the agreement has a price against and Royal Mail have made it clear there is no agreement unless they get enough potential money from it to survive.

So I will respect the ballot decision but please don’t believe by voting no you will not get worse imposed change and a real threat of administration.

38 years! You’ve outstayed your welcome. Time to go! You sound desperate now.

It’s a simple no, spending money to speculate and accumulate should not count as loss making and doesn’t in my eyes. If the board cannot run a sustainable business properly then let it go to the wall.

why would a workforce now care about a board/company who are here to grind them into the dirt anyway? People have already left in droves

Martin it seems to me like the lowest grades are being asked to sacrifice a decent wage rise, erosion to pretty much all their terms and conditions due to the company’s financial state, what are the board shareholders and managers sacrificing?

I'm voting yes! This is drastically different to what Royal Mail wanted at the start. It gives us recognition within our units. Imagine what Royal Mail would do without that?
I also believe this will be voted in (just)
With everything else that's going on, the minority always shout the loudest.

Bullet point number 1. Good old Mick Jeavons the highest paid person in Royal Mail. A full time postie has to work 20 years to earn his yearly wage. 😡

Sorry clash ,but we're in the relagation playoffs now
Your ignorance knows no bounds.
There are no relegation play-offs.
Ignorance,deary me
My football head tells me there is playoffs in the league, in the country I'm from ,but if you want we'll do epl rules.
One game left to save the season or we're relagated to the championship.
That easier for you.
Happy weekend
