We all take a hit (yet again) with this deal.
I honestly hope that the people in processing realise the massive impact of this on Delivery staff.
Processing has been picked off since what 2010 ? And they can still automate.
Delivery has been s**t on year in year out. Not a single agreement has ever been stuck to or defended by union reps, Delivery is the end of the line and we will the only refuge for Ward and co.
We have to fight here on delivery we have to say enough is enough.
ANNOUNCEMENT : ALL OF ROYAL MAIL'S EMPLOYMENT POLICIES (AGREEMENTS) AT A GLANCE (Updated 2021)... HERE

I agree with what you say. I worked in delivery for over 20 years and it's by far the hardest job within Royal Mail, and that was a long time ago. The s**t I got off my line manager was unreal. I was bullied, but kept doing what I was doing (The job according to Royal Mail) It stressed the line manager out that much, he went off with stress and never came back. It could have been planned, but f**k them all.
