What alternatives to the problem of later start/finish times has the union put forward?

That’s what I’m saying if the only reason that mail is going to arrive later to the inward MCs is because of that 6.6% of mail that used to be sent by air now coming by rail and so arriving later

The loss of air transport, like GDPR panic before it, is just the latest pretext to justify a change that's already been planned. There's always a useful disaster on the horizon. Look at the pandemic - an absolute godsend for the company to never look back at the USO.

What about mail from/to the Channel Islands and I.O.M will that get transported by boat ? or do those places fund their own air transport ?
