Basically after seeing the deal, I went on strike for nothing. No vote for me
Do you expect to get anymore by striking again..
So we accept? We've been on strike for 18 days for a reason, to get what WE deserve
Realistically what do you expect.
With this CWU leadership? Nothing anymore, we was sold so much and received so little! With a stronger union, FULL backdated pay to April 2022 and no change to my hours (which I probably would of accepted)

Basically we lost money for what. We may as well accepted the earlier offers. Any agreement is not worth the paper it’s written on anyway and can be ignored as RM has shown.

Not sure yet, I’ll decide after more info is released.
What more info?
More info on why the CWU have agreed this deal. The CWU know that it’s not a good deal and I’m sure that they will try to explain.
Unlike most posters on here, I never expected a good deal. RM made their intentions clear before covid hit.
The CWU actually thinks it's a good deal! Read how they've worded it

No.

Company gave away all the profit and for the company to recover we have to sign up to an awful deal, before being the people that actually do the work that helps the company recover?

If the CWU can't get our message across to the company then maybe it's time we did it ourselves by sending them a resounding no.

Use the poll thread...

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
