99.9% of comments on all these agreement threads say vote no. But it will be mysteriously voted in. Either the voting is rigged or people won’t put their money where their mouth is. Seen it all before.
How many people actually post or look at this site? Id be surprised if it was more than 5% of Royal Mail employees. Its likely that those of us on here are far more engaged with the details of the dispute and now this agreement.
In my office all im hearing is “best we’ll get” and “just want it to be over” type comments. In a way i do understand that mentality, but surely if we aren't happy then we should show that by voting no?
Not entirely happy myself but cannot see how voting no will bring about any improvement to agreement.
Exactly this. It won't do any good. All these jubilant people voting no and shouting it loud from the rooftops. I'm sure they all wanted a bad deal so they could do that.
The whole business as it is now is a non runner.

Agree mate 50% payrise would not please some on here fs.
6% with a bung £500 full time which is 8% but 25% is unconsolidated ie it's a bung one off payment if that was consolidated to 8% would this make this agreement better no bungs just in pay?

Think if £1,500 was on offer would be a yes but personally rather have the 6% now.
