Trollies are the lest of your problems it's all the flex commit to deliver and the change of hours the sick pay IHR and they ripped up the pathway for change agreement of a 35 HOUR week. Thing is if we cannot get this over the line tomorrow a whole heap of s**t will come your way. Thing is we do have the ballot and mandate for action this is not just a case of stikes here and there.

We're still on 38 hours in our office!
Not had a revision then I take it?
Nope, they have been working on it for 18 months. The third version of it will apparently go live soon. But no back pay for being on 38 hours while most of the workforce has already dropped to 37! (If it actually goes through this time!) :so there
Union what Union? Do we have a union?

But the shorter hour weeks do you think your (LETTERS) will be covered on your day off or if you have to cut off .they will be left for the next day.
