He is clearly expressing his dissapointment in his union which others are agreeing. What is the point of this comment? you seem to have a habit of this , either bein toxic and insulting or writting absolutely pointless comments.

I think it’s either 30% or 40% of the office needs to be altered then that triggers a resign, pretty sure it’s 40%.

same in ours there changing all the frames to add all the extra to duties there taking out even thought there is a sign agreement , f***ing waste of time and there will be a massive cut in cwu membership next week , regardless of the turd there are trying to polish as a deal ,and i remember dave ward saying we arent talking until ALL E/A is stopped and removed , f***ing disgusting .

It's 33% change to trigger repick ,as all of you we also have a rep that's only init 4 themselves this is the 1st week since our changes 40 walks left in our office 12 not touched at all 2day and at least another 12 cut offs .
Start, finish,rince repeat as stated we need to get out of that mindset of the good nature we have in going the xtra mile it's not what the company wants anymore......

Sick of managers trying to get you to take more out from other duties. I knew to within minutes how long my duty would take today, had the usual “ can you take two loops from another walk as well “ .No I f**king can’t, I refused it. Turns out I was back just before time,going steady but certainly not rushing.

Our Rep is fackin useless, he basically does nothing and agrees with management how do Reps get to be Reps by the way? Guys been here 2 minutes and he's a Rep
