Well as is mentioned in this LTB such action should be "unilaterally challenged" under the rules of the IR framework and disagreements put in. Our manager was going to try to bring in the 1 in 6 work patterns by vote, we've told him we aren't voting on anything. So challenge them..our Doms on the verge of a nervous breakdown

Is this something that has just happened? Tesco demoting managers to supervisors?

Tesco will cut the number of lead and team managers in large UK stores by 1,750, and introduce 1,800 new lower-paid “shift leader” roles, responsible for leading on the day-to-day operational duties on the shop floor.

Costcutter owner Bestway takes near £200m stake in Sainsbury’s

Those affected will have the option of moving into shift leader roles, where Tesco currently has vacancies, or taking redundancy. Given the shift leader job is lower paid, staff who want to stay on at Tesco will be offered the choice of receiving a lump sum to make up for the discrepancy in salary, or can opt to receive the same pay as before for two years.

Lol. Would be awful if this happened to the managers who have been gleefully shafting us during this dispute… 🤩

They already have. No such thing as a dom anymore; all were effectively demoted and had their salaries cut (phased in over two or three years). All managers at office level now sit on the same level, linos effectively. They were spineless not striking about it frankly.

Then there are all the linos that got made up to COM and the extra 10k or so that came with it
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

Jobs f****d there doing what they want we can strike til next year they aren’t arsed and they don’t give a f**k

Strikes are pointless now there going to steam roll this company and race to the bottom is
Now on a yes ballot a great yes what’s that going to do when they be changed everything ?

The horse bolted a long time ago, the offices are just ripping out duties at will, doing whatever they like while we have just bent over and took it.

Already 20 duties have come out at ours, every one of them had long term experienced duty holders with good seniority who are now left to pick up the lapsing all over the place.

It's February tomorrow and they couldn't care less about a yes vote.

Where is the Royal Mail document "Table Top Revision - Can and Cannot Guide", referred to as being attached to this LTB? I can't see it attached to the the web version of the LTB lined to either. I'd be VERY interested to see what it says.
