You have to love the suggestion that your work place could be anywhere in the UK, you'd have to be pretty desperate for a job to agree to this type of contract. It seems more a wish list of what the company would like to include in new entrants contracts rather than an actual contract.

Correct but your start and finish time is at your usual place of work, and you are to be given transport to the other depot/office/centre.

Wonder if zareena Brown has given her contract and her remuneration and her tax affaires details we are looking at you too. Thing is threatening us all just highlights your own inadequacies and lack of morality in this business. By threatening annual leave and the sick policy you instigated and cut the MTFS agreement this alone is a despicable act!

Ask RM they should have any copies that were photocopied on the system ie you use the freedom of information act you need to quote this as you asking them they can charge a fee like £10-20 UK pounds.our HR number is 0345 6060603 it maybe a different number for the south!

Freedom of information requests (FOI) only applies to public bodies. Royal Mail is a private commercial entity.

If you want specific information on yourself, that is done through a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR), not an FOI request.

DSAR requests have no charge, though they might ask you for a small fee for photocopying costs.

What's with the wage being £28,698,
28698÷52÷40 (assuming it's based on 40 hours now) = £13.80 per hour, so maybe delivery supplement is paid.

That's RM intention when they remove the allowances? The letter seems to cover all RM's proposed changes and some more on top, you have to wonder who produced it and whether it was a genuine offer of employment to a potential new recruit.

There's no delivery supplement being paid no Sunday premium. No allowances of any kind apart from scottish island allowance and all paid monthly. The hourly rate is £11:59 per hour. PATHETIC. I've posted it on here since November. It's on ROYAL MAIL GROUP JOBS on the web. WTF have the union been doing when an ex postie seems to know more and is not taking by surprise 3 months down the line after the new contracts have started. Even if yous win, which I hope you do, RM will not change the new starts onto the same contracts. ST is a xxxxx.

Which is what I thought so going back to my original question why is it advertised at £13.80 per hour ?
