Hmm... I don't think that's quite true, they were clearly in discussions that lead to concessions being made by RM, in order to progress talks, and strikes to be put on hold. It's obvious things were happening, during this period. Just because the union aren't talking directly to you every minute of the day, doesn't mean they're on holiday.

There's no chance the Starmer will change anything he's in the UniParty with the Tories.
The choice at the Ballot box is purely illusory.

If you don't want to strike then it is better to vote yes. The more people who vote no will allow Royal Mail to try to push through with their agenda, meaning more strikes to stop this.
We need as many people voting yes, even more than before and this dispute will end a lot quicker.
