One major problem with these so called rolling strikes is the real possibility of Unofficial Industrial Action.
Eg A Distribution Driver refuses to cross a picket line at a Delivery Office and is then promptly suspended.

Look we all done this before calm heads sensible minds they are function strikes they delay the distribution transportation and delivery of mail in playing our part no one should engage in personal attacks or should refuse to cross a picket line when they have taken action in line with the ballot.

It's just my opinion, but this letter, and the fact the CWU have turned up to all negotiations and Thompson hasn't, must surely mean he has no chance of dismissing the workplace unilaterally under government striking legislation like has been muted, because, again, in my opinion, he clearly can't show he has done everything to resolve this dispute, yes?
