In all the years and years I’ve worked for RM it’s always been the same old doom and gloom week in week out. Why are they so hell bent on demoralising their staff? Surely if you look after your workers and make them feel appreciated you get results.

This is the most sense I've ever seen on this forum. I have worked at a lot of different companies before joining Royal Mail and I can honestly say I've never felt less appreciated at any of them
