Information on health partners. IHR

Post by Gooner52 »

I have a IHR appointment with health partners its my 1st one ans there saying it's 2 hours long ? Is this correct ? And I have heard some very bad reviews on this company, any had experiences with these , I been dealing with optima health over 3 years and my doctors have now said I should retire due to ill health. Any information would be grateful thanks

I would be thankful if someone could advise on the situation regarding remaining annual leave entitlement when leaving the business due to ill health.

I fully understand that you get your 16 weeks + 12 weeks PILON, with remaining unused annual leave on top of that.
What I am asking, is at what point do you stop accruing annual leave?
Is it on your last day of service, or is it 12 weeks after that (as you are still officially on notice - PILON).

So, in essence, if today was my last day of service, would I stop accruing leave today - or in 12 weeks time - early May-ish?

If it's the latter, then I guess I'd be due a few minutes from next year's leave entitlement too?

Just trying to get my ducks in a row before D-Day.

Cheers in advance.

My manager said I won’t get IHR because my report said I will be able to work again in the future which is IHR with a pension , I have been telling him for months I want IHR with a lump sum payment and I know I meet the criteria he is trying to get out of paying ,saying I won’t get it and offering me a compensation package which is lower is PILON of 12 weeks and annual leave but then he said they paid me my annual leave while I was sick.Royal Mail are a horrible company trying to get out of paying people what there owed.
They 100% did not pay your annual leave whilst sick. You cannot be on annual leave whilst sick.

I told my line manager it’s Against the law to do that according to ACAS and against Royal Mail policy, he still never put my annual leave through when I went to get the paperwork on Friday .I asked him how many hours I had and he said I’m not sure, I will ring HR today to see if he’s put it through and how many hours , if it’s not all there I will go to ACAS and take them to a tribunal, they won’t get away with it.
