Something else odd... well not really.
Why is it that you and your counterpart Aiden have resorted to abuse.
Aiden call us w*****s, you call us drunkards .
You both resort to abuse at the same time, when usually you are both the voice of reason... as you would have it .
Us? Only CRIBMAD who admitted that his hypocritical self would be spending his ‘blood money’ down the local boozer, which he is of course free to do, but it would appear that he might have a problem if that is the case. It also would explain why he tends to grunt out most of his posts and can only generally manage one sentence of incoherent nonsense on a good day. You are right though, I wouldn’t use any other illness as a criticism so I shouldn’t use alcoholism either and will try to refrain from doing so in the future.
Anyway, we should be getting used to the privatisation of this job now. Job has gone, they’ll just cut it to the bone now. Minimum spend for maximum game. Either like it or lump unfortunately.
It was EU regulation what opened up the postal market to begin with that’s why you have DSA. Maybe without that we would still have 100% of the letters market. I personally feel we were correct to leave but everyone will see things differently.
Not quite EU Regulation would have eventually have opened up the market but our Government of the time Blair's first stint in charge chose to open up before the EU Dictate and made it compulsory for Royal Mail to give away 40 % of our letters and parcels work 3 years before it was European Law. This was in anticipation of other companies actually delivering letters which of course has not really happened. The German postal system was not opened up to the same competition which might be why they still have a functioning postal service
