RE: People Portal System – Lack of Information relating to Attendance Procedure Interviews
Following numerous enquiries into both Bob Gibson’s and Ray Ellis’s Departments, contact has been made with Royal Mail in the form of the Head of Implementation Programme for PSP.
The following quote from Royal Mail and associated information was given and should be brought to the attention of all representatives that deal with Attendance Procedure Cases:
‘Managers and therefore Reps can obtain 4 years (+ the current year) of Absence History for Employees. They can obtain this information currently from a number of screens or by using either the Absence data Overview report or the MI Report – Absence detail. We advise in the Training that this Report is used for Attendance Procedure interviews. Please see the attached in terms of screens and Reports’.
