Those who vote no. What would you like? Are you prepared for all out strike? That what it would eventually become
My biggest fear in all this was royal mail taking on the union and crushing the cwu. Like i keep repeating if you don't like working for royal mail go work for one of our competitors and then tell us all how things have improved! The difference now is we are now privatised and under these circumstances its a reasonable deal.

As Royal Mail is now a PLC, under corporate governance are we not classed as a stakeholder and have every right to question the running of Royal Mail, in fact everyone can be viewed as a stakeholder. Why walk away from an injustice, as a citizen we must and should question bad practice, telling someone to go away when they disagree with your view can lead to dark times for every citizen. Anyway my day off, so taking time away from this forum to chill out.

London seems to be the only area that is solid with the union and its reps. Rest of the country seems to have become fragmented over the years through bad deals and people feeling isolated more and more from the hierarchy of the cwu.

As someone else rightly pointed out why is it that the union are so fixated on how much money we get yet very little seems to be sorted in other areas, namely peoples daily workloads and b+h issues?

Or is that another indication that its more for the benefit of London and the fact its so expensive to live down there that that's what those people worry about, having enough money to survive?

Shove the money we want an achievable daily workload and one that we can do till we reach retirement age. Not the way we are going and ending up on the scrapheap completely fooked physically and are not able to enjoy the twilight of our years.
While i appreciate certain offices have terrible managers to deal with,it doesnt mater how busy it is just work your 39 hrs its that simple dont start early finish at your time ,work to acceptable standards and youll be fine ,if not get your rep on the case ,dont let them grind you down
