Reel Impact Angling is an Essex-based programme that uses structured angling sessions to help children, young people, and adults build emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience. Working in small groups or one-to-one, participants aged 8–17 and adults 18+ take part in a six-week block of sessions designed to support those experiencing low mood, stress, anxiety, school avoidance, or loneliness. The programme is fully SEND inclusive, led by qualified practitioners, follows a defined safeguarding framework, and tracks measurable outcomes for every participant. Reel Impact works with schools, GPs, and social prescribers to make sessions accessible, with both funded and self-funded places available.
