Hey,
I had a order (Royal Mail 24) that was due to be delivered on Friday (12th) - it had a tracking from Swindon and a named driver with a time slot - i've tried contacting their branch but have been just pushed back on.
The delivery never turned up and now just says its sat in Swindon? i was hoping it would be delivered Saturday but i've been told by the company i purchased it from that they will deliver it from monday now which is well past my the event the present was for. Is this common?

Doesn't sound like it's coming RM. There's never named drivers on RM tracking. What's the tracking number, it'll give us an idea if it's a RM delivery or not?
