Lump sum npen
Can anyone tell me why I’ve had 192.38 taken out of my wages for lump sum npen ?? Has everyone had this deduction ??

We all got a lump sum think it was start of july. it was to do with 2% imposed pay rise backdated from start of september to april now they have taken the advance back.
