The members vote for them.
They have to be in line with national agreements.
They have to be in line with national agreements.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

In theory - yes.
However due to the need for urgency this may be problematic.
In practice it may be very difficult to get everyone together (due to absences, split shifts, social distancing etc)
It might just be a case of trust in your representatives?
