CWU and Managers Union

Why on earth doesn't the CWU get in touch with the managers union and take joint action as they are in the same situation regarding ppe social distancing etc and arguably in more danger as us as once we are out relatively safe imo.

I know most are generally failed postie bullys but they must have enough brain cells to realise they are in danger.

The way a lot of them behave in my office I think they think they are immune, still loads of people entering their office when they get back off delivery. So if anyone is going to catch it first it'll be them.

The managers don't have a union they have an association. Although they are loosely tied to Unite it's not something Unite admit at parties.

The last time the CMA took any action it was against the replacement of the Quill pen with the new-fangled fountain pen thing.

They wrote a mildly worded letter...with a fountain pen.

Association or not, the managers got 1k bonus last year when we were prevented to strike..
