No.

Most of the freebies are being organised as Charitable acts so unless someone sets up one for posties my guess is no. At the moment they all seem set up to help those dealing with the Pandemic face to face, not us support troops.

We're not ''essential'' workers, as has been said many times already, the ONLY reason we're being classed as such is so they can keep 160,000 of us off the 80% furlough scheme at the stroke of a pen.

Would be nice if we at least were given priority access to supermarkets rather than having to do an 8 hour shift then spend 30 minutes queuing behind people who currently have all the time in the world to do their shopping.

I'm gonna start going to the supermarket on RM time... it's f***ing annoying never being able to get food...

There is a supermarket just outside our yard and they are letting RM staff in ahead of the queues regardless of any restricted access timings. Tempting to go there in uniform and with my ID card on my day off :Very Happy

Often wondered what the rule is there, if you have a supermarket on your round (or very close by, less than a mile) can you take your break there doing your shopping? Asking for a friend etc.,,
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.
