Can anyone advise, if you have been with the company less than 12 months but had to go off sick with covid, is it full pay or just stay sick pay?
Thanks

Re: Sick pay - off with Covid
No sick pay just SSP.
With effect from 3 May 2021 where an absence was/is related to coronavirus, our normal approach
to sick pay has applied to all RM Group Ltd employees; employees with less than a year’s service
receive statutory sick pay.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
