My wife has tested positive for covid and is now isolating.
I have been double jabbed so don't need to isolate,i don't have any symptoms (yet)
Just wondering,should I tell the Dom or anyone else at work which could cause concern for some or keep quiet and say nothing?

Majority of companies would tell you to stay at home regardless of what is allowed.
Lateral Flow Test everyday and PCR if LF test show +
