For a statement of intent to be legally binding it has to contain a statement that the parties intend it to be of legal effect. I can't see that anywhere.

Your definition is quite different to my definition which is above. I've never heard anyone using the term snowflake in a racist way. Maybe you're just too old?

Calling someone a snowflake may not be racist as it depends on the context. However, it is against the rules of RMC as it can be seen as bullying and harassment, and its name calling.

Anyway, if you can only support your position by calling someone a snowflake, then you have lost the argument already, and you have shown that you cannot hold an adult conversation.

It actually does matter, the same as it mattered when they parachuted in Greene from Canada. The Royal Mail is a Great British Institute and regardless of what people have heard in recent times it is something that the nation holds close to its heart. Bringing in foreigners who have no understanding of how the business has embedded itself into British history over the last 500 years and how it operates amongst our communities is exactly by we find ourselves in the current mess, a mess created over the last 8 or so years since these two got their grubby mitts on it. Just because their nationality is brought up you snowflakes don’t need to scream racism at every opportunity.

Trying to smother someones different position by using the term "snowflake" is just as bad as when people say "you must be a manager", or when they use the racial card inappropriately.

In this specific situation and context, it can be considered racist as it is meant as a put down based on his origin.

More importantly, it's stupid beyond belief. Calling your boss a "Horrible little german" on a public forum isn't the best way to ensure continued employment.
