This is a statement of intent, it's no more legally binding than texting your wife/husband that you'll be home in half an hour.
For a statement of intent to be legally binding it has to contain a statement that the parties intend it to be of legal effect. I can't see that anywhere.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Snowflake is a 2010s derogatory slang term for a person, implying that they have an inflated sense of uniqueness, an unwarranted sense of entitlement, or are overly-emotional, easily offended, and unable to deal with opposing opinions.sindba wrote:Agreed.aiden01 wrote:I agree.LouBarlow wrote:I’m not casting aspersions, but 9/10 times I see the term ‘snowflake’ it is being uttered in either a racist comment or used by a racist.
Your definition is quite different to my definition which is above. I've never heard anyone using the term snowflake in a racist way. Maybe you're just too old?

Calling someone a snowflake may not be racist as it depends on the context. However, it is against the rules of RMC as it can be seen as bullying and harassment, and its name calling.
Anyway, if you can only support your position by calling someone a snowflake, then you have lost the argument already, and you have shown that you cannot hold an adult conversation.

Trying to smother someones different position by using the term "snowflake" is just as bad as when people say "you must be a manager", or when they use the racial card inappropriately.GRS wrote:It actually does matter, the same as it mattered when they parachuted in Greene from Canada. In this specific situation and context, it can be considered racist as it is meant as a put down based on his origin.
More importantly, it's stupid beyond belief. Calling your boss a "Horrible little german" on a public forum isn't the best way to ensure continued employment.

It's pathetic.
Walk into any decent sized office and you will have men and women of all nationalities and races. Colleagues and mates.
Rico's nationality is irrelevant.

If rico read this thread he must laugh to himself. Not the fact he is being abused but how easy it is to turn employees against each other. From being about a statement about the future of our jobs we now are discussing racism and attacks on nationalities. Catch a grip lads.
And yes if I don't like the topic walk on...… I'm already walking

Well good on you but we would not be discussing racism if it was not being used by some posters for personal attacks on peoples nationalities.hero22 wrote:If rico read this thread he must laugh to himself.
