Even though your narrative is crumbling all around you you still can’t admit that the politicians and their advisors were playing you. Even when they admit it themselves!
Johnson is an utter buffoon for which honesty and integrity are alien creatures.
It wasn’t that he was unaware of the rules or gave any thought to whether he was breaking them. It was that he didn’t care. He was going to carry on doing what he wanted.
The reason he ignored the rules (along with G20 and other world leaders) is because they knew covid wasn’t as deadly as they were making out it was.
Tell that to the relatives of those who died.
Maybe ask why care Home residents with Covid who were struggling to breathe were given Midazolam a Benzodiazepine drug that is used for end of life care and slows down breathing.
I doubt slowing down someone's breathing when they are struggling to breathe is a good idea.
There is no doubt in my mind these treatment protocols made Covid look far worse than it really was and got the death count up considerably.

One thing I do know is always be sceptical of people in authority and judging by Matt Hancock's leaked messages I am right to hold those views.
