Do I have to wear a face covering?
From 27 January 2022 in England, the requirement to wear a face covering in Royal Mail Group
indoor settings will change from mandatory to strongly recommended.
It is mandatory to wear a face covering in all indoor Royal Mail Group settings (including offices,
customer service points in Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, shared vans and workplace
restaurants e.g. only remove face coverings when eating/drinking).
