I know someone who's self isolated 7 times now, now that's excessive.

This is now a standard quote by any Area manager to their Dom's. I had an arguement over somebody with a disability being issued a review 3 and the Area twatty Manager said the same thing to me and followed it up with " It will get quashed at the appeal anyway" which sounds good but the arsehole doing the appeal might have had a shite day (he's allegedly human :left: )and might just fire them off. :no no
See stuff like that - it makes a mockery of Royal Mail making any kinda token gestures towards mental health.

Our DOM has had three absences due to covid reasons. Close contact with people that have tested positive. He is still in a job.
